i found an area that had the sun shining on the back of me..... ummmm ok its the bathroom... after i took it, i opened up a program called 'irfan view' i think... then i edited the effects giving it a 'radical blur'.. ahhh i fooled around with the colors to make it red, cant really remember how though .. and once i saved that i just used the standard 'paint' program n drew the words 'alone', 'hate', and 'pain'... pretty basic
