Can I just express my concern about what has happened within the last week? Ok I will...

Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, MICHAEL JACKSON?!, and now Billy Mays!

Of course Michael completely over-shadows everyone else, but still... WTF? Who's next?...any guesses?

'cause I didn't see this one coming...

Dear steph, I am not going to give any name, or try to guess who's next...
and the brilliant Michael was nearly about the same age as me
don't count the death, music is not like a war
the time will come for all of us , it is one thing we can really be sure of...

All of our stars we grew up with are getting to that age, we are going to start loosing
a lot of magic in this world. Death makes life beautiful, without it nothing would be the same. Michael was the biggest star we had.

TBH, I care 1 million times more for a soldier who dies in Iraq or for a person who was murdered for no reason. I feel no extra sorrow for these deaths than I would for anyone else's. Maybe less, since they led fulfilled lives.

That may sound harsh, but they all died after their heyday (except for Billy :()

I feel more sorrow for a person who died before he/she bloomed. But since they're famous, they get a lot more attention. And that pisses me off. People always say, RIP... but never really think about the other people who die. I'm going to write a blog about this!

Let's face it folks...people die. Today it's someone else.....tomorrow...the next day whatever it will be me or you or someone else, that's just the way it goes. The really sad thing is that we seem to always miss this fact of life. We all empirically know that death is right over our left shoulder but then we are surprised when he has the audacity to actually call for someone, particularly someone whose name we all know. I would say that the only smidigen of advice that I would offer is....be ready....

Not wishing death on anyone but when the hell is Scott Weiland gonna go. I mean he's done heroin forever and he outlived Steve Erwin, Michael Jackson and Billy Mays. WTF? I guess smack keeps you well preserved.

I was so surprised when I found out that Mike was gone. I had a hard time believing it for a couple of days. I am barely a teenager, but, still, I idolized him when I was around four or five to nine or ten. Man i cried a little bit too. I wouldn't be surprised if Slash was next, he should have been first, with all of the heroine that he took and all of the jack he drank. But you never know...

Well I will take a guess and say if anyone else is going it will be Lyonel Richie. Of course that would be too much so it won't happen.

the Chinese word for "4" actually sounds the same as "death", both are "si".
