Favorite guitarists :
The guitarists that have influenced me the most so far are... Frank Zappa, who is the master of pulling the most melodic rhythmically interesting guitar sounds out of his ass. Frank Zappa is my favorite artist, and I love most all his music. Jimi Hendrix, for the same reasons as Frank Zappa. Jimi Hendrix is probably the greatest jam guitarist I have ever heard, but what I like about him is the fact that he plays harmony along with melody. I love his diversity, and how funky he is! If I had my choice, I'd play like him, and fret with my thumb, but as hard as I try, my fingers are too fucking small and fat. Tony Iommi, because not only is he one of the greatest when it comes to coming up with good riffs, but he practically invented Metal. You can trace just about any sub genre of metal to a Black Sabbath song. Dick Dale, The King of Surf Guitar.. When I was just starting out, I tried to imitate Dick Dale alot, because I just love the way he sounds. Dick Dale helped me develop my picking technique. Zhenya Rock, who is better known as the former lead guitarist of the Red Elvises. I love his mixtures of style, and the exotic scales that he tends to use in his playing. Plus, he just kicks ass. Jeff Beck, who is a master of tone, and making really fucking cool musical noises that I have yet to see anyone else emulate. His playing is beautiful, and sometimes complex, but he is totally capable of rocking out.
About Schredmark
Music is the closest thing I have to a religion. Music is my religion

I'm not that good at guitar, but I'm still getting better. I mostly just record myself practicing(which is usually just me pulling stuff out of my ass), and sometimes something decent pops up.

I'm not in a band or anything, but I like to jam with people.

Once I stop sucking at guitar, maybe I'll start a band of my own or something. Hh.
