Satch Fest?

Why is'nt there a Satch Fest, Joe could have all kinds of special guests like; Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, Mountain, and Paul Gilbert plus others. I think it would be an excellent idea, it would be like G3 times one million. Anyway these are just my thoughts about why and how one of my favorite guitarists (JOe Satriani) should have his own "fest". Thanks for reading.
