export as a WAV file(its more simple in GP5.1 cause i could hardly make it in 5.0 and don't remember now).Now make sure you go into Control panel >sounds >recording(input) and GP says "make sure the <Stereo mix> is on".well frankly, mine isn't, but the first one, "recording" is on.In order to get a decent sound this should be pretty pretty low, or else you'll have some buzzing. Then click ok and save it where you want.
