You can definately say stuff in forums, and news, but only really if it is neutral and to the point. If you take a side, right or wrong, or if it might be off topic then watch out.
Also they said to me I had a history of flaming... I dont know how the fuck they pulled that one out of their asses but apparently that contributed to my ban. Because i was a "repeat offender". So yeh I have had 3 bans, the best way to stay alive on this site is to say nothing at all to anyone, that might offend at least one person in the world.
