Like a Tatar who traded his horses for a ship? |
actually i hadn't thought it through that much...i think i was just picturing a long lost viking soul born erroneously (at the fault of the universe) into an asian family.

I personally find emo irritating. Listen to some man metal

turtlewax wrote on Sep 7th, 2009 1:40pmSTABxYOU wrote on Sep 7th, 2009 at 2:32am : Lol, no. They sound nothing like emo. They sound like boring mall metal mixed with alternative. Actually, I'd place them a lot closer to nu metal then to emo. Saetia, Portrait, Planes Mistaken For Stars, Small Brown Bike, Moss Icon... that's emo. Fight Star is just crappy corporate rock. | Whatever they are they are kinda boring

turtlewax wrote on Sep 6th, 2009 9:43amso you don't include fightstar as emo? quote |

How the Omar sig play?? Is the tone good for just general rock/experimental stuff?? |
I'd imagine so. It's not quite as RAWRRRR as my G-400. It's warmer and a little looser and a little brighter. I'd imagine it would do rock well, the crusty/grindy/black metal stuff I do is about the fringes of it's limits. It's pretty good for Nirvana-ish tones, but that's about all the 'moderate rock' I play.

TheBezerker wrote on Jul 18th, 2009 3:43pmHey, I really like the song entitled "nother one', only problem with it is. That damn cymbal, I think it's supposed to be high hat?. It's really loud! Maybe just my speakers? Anyways cool covers too. I used to really like black metal not so much anymore. Too much elitism involved in it. =D quote |
