"Marijuana and people"
When a stupid person does stupid stuff, the average idiot will blame the stupid person for doing the stupid stuff....Simple enough.
But......
When the same stupid person "this time high on marijuana" does the same stupid stuff, the same average idiot will blame the marijuana for making the stupid person do what the same average idiot thinks is some how "now" new stupid stuff.....By this time, lost, that same average idiot "not knowing yet" has turned into just another stupid person doing more stupid stuff!
