Alright so from hours of looking at pictures (not of porn either) I've finally come got the rigs of a few musicians complete. Here is Tim McIlrath's from Rise Against (it changes frequently but this is the latest which is from 2007 for the most part)
Guitars:
Main: 2003 Gibson Les Paul Supreme (I believe built for him by Gibson) in white
Backup: 2004 Gibson Les Paul Standard with gold SD-4's in wine red
3rd: 1984 Gibson SG standard
Amps: He used to run a Mesa Stiletto Deuce but it seems that he's switched back to a Marshall DSL lately.
He runs two JCM-2000 DSL-50's into 4 1960 standard cabinets that are miked with an SM-57 and another large diaphram condenser from Seinheser (can't figure out what it is)
Effects: Only a SD pickup boost box and a channel switcher
