Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Syd Barrett (not just as a guitarist, but a musician in general), Ritchie Blackmore, Angus Young, Yngwie Malmsteen, Eric Clapton, Buckethead, Kurt Cobain (who cares if all he played was power chords. He wrote good stuff). And that's about it for now.
