About Robert Gray
I'm a Wales based freelance interviewer. I cut my teeth interviewing metal artists such as DragonForce, Mastodon, Lamb of God and Arch Enemy (amongst countless others), using an honest yet straightforward approach which remains faithful towards gaining a great interview. In June 2008, global website Ultimate-Guitar.com began commissioning me to conduct email interviews. Later in the year, email interviews were undertaken on a more frequent basis.
From March 2009, the site began to feature a series of mine called Hit the Lights. Every two weeks or so, an interview with an artist due to perform, or due to embark upon a tour package, will be published. Upon other occasions, artists might reflect upon past dates.
