On Tuesday Sep. 20th I bought my first acoustic guitar. I was looking at another electric, but i decided on a more sutle sound. I've been learning some new songs by Jack Johnson and John Mayer and some more classical Zeppelin. And this guitar totally fits the bill. It's a Yamaha F335. I bought it at Guitar Center for $150. I'm not an acoustic expert. But I love this guitar. Best 150 bucks i've ever spent. I added some pictures of it and me I had taken on i hike. Check em out.
Everybody who plays guitar has to love this guy, his style is just so packed with soul and rhythm. And he's good. Damn good.
I got the honor of going to see him in concert a couple weeks ago. My friend and I were blown away.
He's a funny guy onstage, he made a lot of jokes and really connected with the crowd. Overall it was amazing. Go to John Mayer if you get the chance.

July 4th,
Styx, was in logan utah. I went. WOW, it was my first concert i've had the chance to go to.. (in case you haven't noticed i haven't been polluting earth's surface for too long). Styx is not the same group they were when they started out. sure they don't have their singer anymore that's a downside, BUT they rock, they're 100 times better live then on those CD's. If you like rock and roll, you'll like them, so if you ever can go, go!
They're not just a bundle of styx,
