NC to CA isn't that bad. how much would you charge to fix it?
Oh, sorry, missed this post. I dunno, for it to be worth it, I would have to charge at least like 10-15 bucks, which is almost the cost of the pedal haha.

I take it you dislike BBE?

As in specifically the Sonic Maximizer? I don't know, never owned one. I hear it's overrated though.

it's pretty good, but can sometimes be repetitive. When using a midi notation software try to pan some of the tracks so things don't get muddy.
hey thanks for your opinion , i'll edit it again :)

No multimeter. But I think my neighbor might have one.
I've quite frankly been screwed by amazon enough this week. Charged me twice for my jet city and the supposed Amazon Prime 2 day shipping is up to about 5 days now.
Yeah I'm at a lost after looking at another gut shot on google. If I can't get it replaced I might just use it as a base to figure out how to do some of these things myself.
Let me know if you can get a multimeter, very possible to fix it in that case.
Like I said, It's a matter of having a bit of expertise and the right equipment, it's possible to fix it.

I could even fix it, but I dunno if postage would make it worth it.

A seller on amazon. I was going to buy a pedal from greeny but I my cheque came a bit short so I wanted to see if I could get it cheaper.

BBE won't take it because I didn't buy it from a licensed seller.
Wow, I would contact Amazon a bit more, fight for it.

You don't have a multimeter, right?
Maybe it's still fixable.

Thing is, the symptoms you've described don't scream any obvious problems. Could honestly be anything. Broken PCB trace, bad opamp...

Sorry if I came off as a punk. I'm just very stubborn. The seller won't take returns and BBE won't fix it so I guess I'm out 25
No way they won't take returns! that really sucks..

You emailed BBE, too?

Where did you buy it from?

so I hear you like the band Farewell?
Holy shit dude, I had completely forgotten about that band. I've recently had a pop punk revival sort or, after listening to a shit load of metal for years. I'm actually at a show right now, where Ten Second Epic is headlining. I'm rambling, but ik definitely yonna listen to that band when I go home. Thanks bro!

Nice man haha. I live in Adams Farm, It's off of High Point Road.
I know people who go to school at UNCW. I hear its nice

It's a great place to live, I work 1 mile down the road from UNCW. The best part is the proximity to the ocean, though. Downtown Wilmington is awesome as well.

Even better you're in Greensboro! I lived there for a while, as well as Colfax right off Market Street (which connects Colfax and GBO)

Small world.

Dr. Dennis Askew. Ever heard of him?

No, I haven't; though it looks like he's a Miraphone artist, which is pretty darn cool. :p

Well at UNCG we have the luxury of having, in my opinion one of the greatest tuba players of our life time as an instructor.

Cool. What's his name? My mentor/friend is John van Houten; he played with LA Phil and does movies now. lol

Yeah man! I play a yamaha sousa for my college's pep band but in High School I played a Yamaha Contrabass bugle. Those things are sweet.

Nice! It's been a long time since I played a contra, lol. I'm on a Mirafone 186 right now, though. It's a great horn. Sounds like fun! I don't have time to do pep band, even though I'd get paid. :P

Luckily that can be fixed. Sometimes instruments just don't want to sound any better. ever.

Luckily i get the sound i want if i mess with the tone knob but then it gives a really strong humming sound that i dont like and if im not at a gig i cant play it like that..
