Meh, I'm not into death metal/screamo stuff. The only band that I listen to like that is Opeth, and that's because Mikael Åkerfeldt is an amazing vocalist.

Nightwish has some shredding, lol. And the Manowar reference is not that they sound the same musically, it's their philosophy of metal being a brotherhood, and of course basing much of their lyrics on war.
I love Manowar, but they don't have enough.. songs. Every time something comes on my iPod, it's a speech or just "epic" keyboards. They should write more songs like Call to Arms, Warriors of the World, and Hand of Doom. Then, take their other ideas and make tons of money doing soundtracks for movies.

I listen to Lordi, Terasbetoni, Nightwish, Stratovarius, and just a song or two once before from Fintroll.
And out of the few translations of Terasbetoni songs, I knew their lyrics were strange. People hate the reference, but I still think they are a Finnish Manowar, with more Black Sabbath/Dio style riffs.

I don't see anything wrong with Eurovision. It's good to see bands willing to perform live, rather than complain about CD sales, even if it is for a battle of the bands for popular groups already. If they played something other than Missa Miehet Ratsastaa, they might have won. Orjakaleeri is the best song on that album, followed by Metallin Voima. quote |

I think I know a little too much than is healthy for my mind hahaha.
I would highly advise against buying Marty's sig. I posted a giant rant about why it sucks but basically, you're paying more for an SZ that has less. It's got crappy stock pickups, no volume knob, and has retarded star inlays.
But if you've researched that and you're prepared to pay a hefty price (import, signature and all), contact local dealers or internet shops...I live in Canada so I don't exactly know where to get it in America or wherever you live.

Of course. And any time I write clean riffs, it's usually going to be for a Metal Church or Iced Earth style song.
