I'm 17, 5'11, 140 lbs, Blonde Hair, Blue Eyes, Average Build, I play guitar. I love to play live and record in the studio or at home! I currently play for three bands. The first of which, Joy Shannon is a soft pop group, with members from black and death metal backgrounds, which makes for a VERY fun show! The second, Katabasis (Greek for "Descent") is the band that I formed with four friends from the Long Beach, CA area. We play a twisted mixture of Black, Death, and Thrash Metal that has come to be known as "War Metal", then we throw in the stage show and vocals of the cheesiest 80s Glam and Hair Metal! The third group I play for is very much a joke, it started when my school's guitar teacher (God bless him) had to go on leave for two weeks due to the need for heart surgery. During this time, we had to sit in the classroom for an hour and a half a day doing pretty much nothing, so we decided to pass the time writing songs about the things in life that deep down inside we know are more important than love, death, tragedy and all that jazz. We wrote songs about cheeseburgers, and people liked it.
