Recording "The Rain Song"

I do all my recording on my Apple ibook. Most of the time I use Audacity which is a free downloadable Recording and Editing program. Sometimes I use GarageBand (especially for specific effects) but that program is a little more picky and difficult:mad:. I recently just posted my cover of "The Rain Song" by Led Zeppelin.  I recorded with Audacity on my laptop using the built-in input mic (lots louder than plugging in my other mic). The gear for that song is my DeArmond m-65, my 20watt Rogue amp, and my Digitech GNX2 multi-effects pedal. I placed the laptop about a foot away and recorded the song in 3 parts, each one on the 1st or 2nd take. It only took me about an hour to record and post the song. It sounds a little rough and more editing will be done later.
          That's all for now,
