It all started during a winter break in 1997. I was 10 when my older brother bought an acoustic guitar. At first it didn't call my attention. You know... it had too many strings and was too big for my fingers. Then he taught me Blitzkrieg Bop by the Ramones (I've been listening to them since im 4). Then i took his lesson's book and tried to put a finger whenever i saw a black dot on the page. Eventually, took me 4 years to LEARN. Then I wasted the next 3-4 years playing Green Day and Nirvana (I respect them and love them).
Then i saw a picture of a friend with some guys called Buz McGrath, looked up his band (Unearth) and I heard them play things that I thought impossible on a guitar.
Cars, sports, and video games are cool but I got enough of it. So thats why i became a UG'er in 2004 haha.
I'd like to meet people who share the same passion for music and their instruments.
