This is my Fender B-DEC30. It's a great practice amp. I've been meaning to get a review of it onto U-G, but I've just been lazy and apathetic about it. Now, let's get down to details.
It's got a 3-band EQ (bass/mid/treb), two input jacks (one in back, one in front), headphone jack, line in/out (I plug my ipod into it all the time), and probably a couple more features I'm missing as far as these go. The middle above the Fender logo is the big part of what this amp is about. The screen is... well, a screen. On the right are buttons to control different parts of the built-in songs and such - changing key, changing key while playing, changing tempo, changing tempo while playing, turning the bass part on and off, and so on. There's also a built-in tuner which automatically mutes the amp and changes the screen to help you tune your part. quote |

part 2:
Below the screen are four buttons, one to modify the amp style, effects, modifying MIDI settings and so on. The wheel on the right of the screen changes the song you're on (you can modify the amp styles and effects for each song, then spin the wheel to get to it and play from there). It's also used for most of the changing of styles and effects.
All in all, it's a neat amp but it's small and definitely not the best to gig with, unless by "gig" you mean "show for the only 3 friends you've ever known and your parents". quote |
