Let's see... My name's Ali, I'm 18 and I live in Edinburgh, Scotland, and I play the electric and bass guitar. I just finished my first year of Economics at Edinburgh University and so far it's been awesome. I've been working on getting a band together and by october I should be about there!

I have an unhealthy obsession with drums, despite not being able to play them and not having a drumset, and I struggle to stop myself from tapping on every avalable surface. It does, however, mean I like making the drums in all my songs more than anything else. I do now spend more time drinking then on the computer and the guitar but that's life! I've been messing about with garageband for a few years and come out with around 10 songs of my own(no lyrics, I can't sing) which I'll get around to adding, but the stuff I really like is what I've done in the past 6 months, and any constuctive criticism would be much appreciated
Not Even Music
During my first year at Edinburgh Uni I've been writing a lot of stuff with a guy I met in halls. We've recorded five songs and written a few more, and I'll add them on here soon enough. We're calling ourselves Not Even Music right now, but it's temporary, and anything with singing on my profile is likely to be ours as I can't sing
