Pretty good time, forms going to be a big thing to work on. Thats where i excel atleast. I have the whole summer to work on it though and thats when i usually work out.

I've been rowing for 5 years now, but I am into competitive rowing for only half a year. I'm still a junior for two more years. I don't have a lot of tournaments going on this year, because of school. I've had my first 2k last weekend. My favorite disciplines are the single scull and the 2+. Although I suck at both ATM, because I suck in strength.
I'm now at HRV Cornelis Tromp, you can search if you want, but it isn't anything big. : It's in Hilversum, The Netherlands. The problem with my club is that noone is from my year, so they can't row with me. I will be the oldest next year. And then I'm off to a college club.
What's your 2k time on an ergometer? |
The last time i checked it's only like 7:12, so i'm hoping to get it below 7:00. I'm only a sophmore though, and oldest on the team also, about 4 years now. I've been racing seniors though which sucks, but i keep up, 4th outta 12.

I've been rowing for 4 years, only a sophmore now though, i'm currently just in a single, but sub in for other boats, usually novice  , i row out of north carolina, so most of the Eastern side. On may 8th is my last regatta, regionals, 'till next season prob. It's at Oak Ridge Tenneessee. I do plan to do the Oregon 115k row this summer though. quote |
