Hey man, did ya catch Opeth on Monday and PG yesterday?!

Y'know, I thought I forgot something this month :@

I didn't see any of them :(
I saw a poster out when I was in town though for the Opeth gig, and I didn't know Cynic were supporting.
I nearly kicked that wall down :\

You should kit out your Strat with some EMG 81s, I hear they are amazing in all positions (i.e. neck, mid and bridge). You'd have epicz tone lolz!

I think my friends are gonna kill me if I start drilling cavities for three humbuckers in my strat. :haha:

:O

Something busted with the frets I suppose? That why you got the Agile eh?

Oh yeah! But this time I will darn sure do the refret job myself if any of them ever worn out. Gotta love the smooth ebony on that one, man!

... What?! You sold it?! Why? :O

I was too lazy to have it refreted so I sold it. :p

Yeah I was at the Bishy Academy gig.

I'll be helping Andy G with organising the next one, hopefully in a few months and I'll be playing that too.

lol.

I take it this is your pride and joy of your collection?

Bullseye! :p
It was the best guitar in my arsenal (and still is). Shame that I had to sell it.

Ah, that sounds pretty good to me! How was the build quality of the Edwards? Comparable to the like of Epiphone, or even Gibson? Would you take it over those brands easily?

Just look at the damn pictures, man ;p It's THAT good

haha, I actually have no idea how I found your profile, I think I saw a post where you mentioned Tourist and I thought... eh, is that who I saw play at Bishy Academy?

You played very well I must add :)

Now that is just plain beautiful. Is the Edwards more vintage like or more geared for metal ala EC series?

Definitely vintage style Les Paul.
The thing is heavy (4.95 kg) and has the quite chunky neck, I believe it's a '50. Even with my small/medium hand it was smooth like silk to play on. I kinda regret having it sold now >.<
On my search for my perfect guitar (and I still do) none of my other guitars have the amazing amount of sustain like this Edward. I though my last Epiphone Custom was something with the sustain, I was dead wrong.

No prob man. Are you part of a band of such? You done any Sound Engineering before?

I'm actually part of an indie band (yeah yeah, I listen to insane metal but it's good fun :p ) called Tourist! and we're playing some gigs around Glasgow and such. I've got a link here (http://artists.ultimate-guitar.com/tourist/) and I play bass in it.

Yeah man. I was part of Send My Regards (pretty big around Glasgow) but we split up. I'm playing in pop-prog band the now. Doing Sound Production at school so that gives me a good grounding.

Thanks man.

It's not me playing guitar so there's not much I can do there.

We've got the vocals down now we just need some means of recording them.

What bands do you play in? Might have heard of you.

Nice! I actually finished it quite recently, (played a bit when I was younger, lost it ) and now looking for some more similar games. Recommend any? (I've played Sam & Max, Monkey Island Series, want more!)

Full Throttle! Get ScummVm (http://www.scummvm.org) and find a torrent for the game. Awesome stuff!

If I got to any of them it'll have to be the Sheperds Bush Empire one but that depends on a lot of things...like money. And money lol.
