I figured I would record something this week. I go to turn and my amp, feeling a tad excited.
I flip the standby and I hear this whiny buzzing, which is sounds like a friggin car alarm. I called somebody knowledgable, and they said i had a busted microphonic (sp? or something like that) tube, which means i'm basically screwed out of mic'ing my amp, which is what I've been wanting to do.
So now I gotta run my pedal through my sound card into logic, because the GAP distorted tones are even worse then my stand-alone pedal tone.
So yeah i recorded a few things and uploaded one, but sadly i'm gonna have to get my amp fixed (my other is at a friends house) before I can make my stuff sound like I want it too. damn.
On the plus side, I got a few hours of new music to listen to. yay.
