Favorite bands :
Red Hot Chili Peppers, Biffy Clyro, Ramones, John Frusciante, Interpol, Muse, Jimi Hendrix, The Arcade Fire, Ataxia, The Chameleons, Rory Gallagher, The Libertines, Clannad, Willy Mason, The Strokes, Taste, British Sea Power, Cream, Kings Of Leon, Iron Maiden, Nirvana, Eric Clapton, The Clash, Dirty Pretty Things, Led Zeppelin, Nine Black Alps, Joy Division, Crass, The Stills......etc.....
Favorite guitarists :
My all time favourite guitarist is John Frusciante, and he definitely influences me the most. He's closely followed by Jimi Hendrix and Rory Gallagher. Johnny Ramone was not the greatest, but he was( and still is) a legend. The power chord king!!! Simon Neil from Biffy Clyro has an awesome style, and I will never understand how he plays what he plays and sings how he sings at the same time!!! The bastard!
Favorite bassists :
I don't really have any idols, as such but my two favourite bass players would definitely have to be Flea (RHCP) and Chris Wolstenholme (Muse). I really like Carlos Dengler (Interpol) too.
Favorite books :
Big fan of the old tab books, but other than that I don't really read books.
Music is a gateway to another world where we are free from the physical limits of Earth. It is a place not on any map and nobody could point to it, but many if not all of us know where it is. We are free to travel there whenever we like and some people spend more time there than they do on Earth. It also provides a good view point of this planet and helps us to realise that despite everything going on, there is still some good left in this world. This is extremely difficult if not impossible to see, but it can be heard within the many sounds we create...
