But the message you give is also really important.

Which is Agnostic Front, Biohazard, Suicidal Tendencies, DRI. People forget what old school punk was like the Subhumans, Dead Milkmen, Minor Threat etc. Thats back when they could barely play their instruments and they really could give a shit. Now, they can play a bit better, but still maintain the same message.
Hardcore punk and old school punk are other ends of the spectrum. Masta, you're on track, I have no idea what the hell bevlander is talking about or even knows the difference. lmao |
Yeah, 100% of the tracks I posted were Anarcho, not hardcore. We all know that there is a HUGE difference between those two .
And yeah, punk doesn`t mean that you have to play like shit.

Awesome to hear the gig went great! Well I'm still stuck in Iraq, but I'm trying out for them as soon as I get back. If that doesn't work, I still got the punk band to put together in addition to my own metalcore project. Been coming up with riffs left and right.
I leave the Mamosa comments to show how much of a dumbass he is. |

Really? You are an intolerant person who believes his opinion reigns supreme. And you apparently believe everyone should be the same and nobody should be different from what you deem acceptable. The first part IS fascism, the second IS communism. How does that not hold water? |
They do not hold water due to the fact that they are not true. I'm simply stating my opinion, which is my right to do so, and never said that it "reigns supreme". If you actually think that for second that I'm advocating the actual murder of emo kids, you are way out in left field. Actually, you're in the parking lot. I'm simply stating my discourse of these kids. And may I ask, what the hell would you know about facism and communism? You live the US. And you sound like a Republican.

When you become the leader of communist Russia, impose your will and thoughts on the world....

See thats where we differ. Emo is not a type of person. Thats a characteristic. Its a phase so to speak. They haven't been that way their entire life. If that were so, we would have had emo kids back in the 60's. We didn't. So therefore its nothing but trendy bullshit that these kids think is cool. If I'm a judgemental asshole, so be it. But kids shouldn't be wallowing in their "sorrow" when they should be out living life and enjoying it. |
They are a type of person. Emo is both a type of music and a lifestyle...
