About Me!

Current mood: cheerful

Hey guys,

My name is Josh and i'm soon to be turning 15, I live in pittsburgh, pa and will be working as a pizza delievery boy in a few years. My music happens to be influrenced by the neo-classical shred movement along with players like Joe Satriani, John Pettruci, Steve Vai, Alex Lifeson, Vernon Reid, and others. My guitar hero is Yngwie Malmsteen, he may not be the best and may be cocky at times but his style suits me well and I happen to like his influrence and apporach at music. The music styles I want to be able to incorporate within my own music is Southern Rock-Bluesy licks, Neo classical patterns/shapes and feel, a bit of Hard-Rock and I guess that is it. I'm currently practicing my technique and building speed so i can too be able to play fast licks accurately and clean. If anyone has any advice for metronome traning please feel free to throw some in there!

The gear I have is currently a Fender starcaster knock-off but I happen to love it because it's a good guitar for practicing technique, My amp is also i believe a weak 10 watt solid state fender amp that came with the kit. My future gear will hopefully be a valveking 212 100 watt tube amp and my dream guitar (if i can find one) A fender Toronado GT HH guitar.

Thanks for taking the time to read my short bio, I hope you enjoyed it!
