:) I just read your top comment and you and Andrea 55 spell the M from OMD differently - I never can spell that word, who's right?!

Hey, just saw your comment on my profile (I never check it). I do indeed mean Orchestral Maneuvers in the Dark. I like a lot of 80's stuff.

I never viewed your profile, I viewed it now :haha: and it says that you like OMD, do mean Orchestral Manouvers in the Dark? If so I love that band! Do also like any other 80's music and bands? :)

I've been reading some of your posts in the Evolution vs. Creationism thread and I have to say that I am very proud of your conviction toward your beliefs. I am also a Christian and whenever I find myself browsing or posting on most internet forums I find myself outnumbered by those who consider themselves either athiest or agnostic. It's great to know that there are others out there who will shine as beacons for Christ.

Also, I like "Rate of Release" and "Mileage."

as far as i can tell, my adams apple doesn't really move or anything when i scream, or at least i can't really feel it move (at least not any more than the little bit it does normally when i talk or sing)

z4twenny wrote on Sep 20th, 2008 6:16am

well doing the scream rasp properly you end up knocking loose a lot of the phlegm/saliva that coats your throat and vocals so you need to keep some water on hand to keep your throat coated.

z4twenny wrote on Sep 20th, 2008 2:34am

well, as for feeling "dry" the only thing i can really ask is "do you drink enough fluids" i know when i do screaming consistently for a period of time i have to keep drinking fluids otherwise my throat will get dry and i'll start to lose the rasp and are you screaming from the diaphragm? can you hold it for more than a second or 2?

Heya, I'm Wayne from the Stereostatics Music Project. I have a sort of randomly pieced-together track that I'm shipping around to get parts added to. Interested? The track needs bass and drums and a guitar solo. Get in touch with me ASAP k? Thanks.
