The song is now called "D-Day". Drop D tuned proggy hard rocky instrumental song. This is my first full song that I have composed. It's based on an old clean guitar riff that you can hear in the intro. Now I managed to record some kind of solo so I decided to upload it here. We also play this song with our band, Host. Yeah... This is my old band playing Mötley Crüe's "Wild Side" in front of our music class. I'm playing bass and singing. It was only a school band that we had when I was on the 9th grade. As you can hear, we had a damn good drummer but our guitarist skills (he had been playing for one year) and my singing skills are not that impressive. The song goes so high that I couldn't sing that high and it sounds pretty funny, it sound like some punk singer :D. This is some old riff that I made like one year ago. I had to make some glam stuff and this riff came into my mind when I was thinking about sex, drugs and rock'n'roll. I had a singing melody first but I don't have lyrics so no singing here. This is my Marshall Sound attempt with RP355 and Charvel and I think it sounds something like Marshall. My new funky riff/jam. The guitar riff just started ringing in my head (first it was supposed to be a bass riff) so I had to record it. All instruments played by me. This was the first song that I wrote. I wrote it when I got my RP355 and recorded it. But the first version sounded awful because of my playing skills. Now I can play much better and I thought it's time to release this song. It has been re recorded many times. Just need some lyrics but otherwise I think this song is complete. Just shredding in Am pentatonic (if you can call that shredding) over my '80s synth track. I added drums, bass and rhythm guitar to my original '80s synth track. The solo is half-improed (it's based on an older solo that I recorded over the same track, the old solo just sucked because I couldn't play it). Some licks are a bit sloppy, sorry for that.
