About Mad-Mike_J83
I started playing at age twelve, so I've been playing over 20 years. I also play bass and synthesizer. I've played in many little local bands over the years between Alabama and Washington State. I also have recorded a few albums and a lot of EPs/Demos over the years.

On the player side, I tend to veer toward either eighties rock/post-punk/new wave/metal, early ninties punk/grunge/alternative/whatever you want to call it today, or obscure, avant garde, and oddball music, though there's always an omnipresent metal-influence in my work along with some pop hook essence I guess. My general style suggests if The Cars were a metal band and Elliot Easton suffered from some mental illness that makes him think he's Buckethead occasionally...either that or some kind of post-apocalyptic version of Loverboy (Haterman!?!?).

On the techie side, I started building/modding guitars at 14, all self taught. The majority of my time I enjoy playing and occasionally tinkering with guitars, mostly of the Offset Fender variety or strange and obscure models and designs, with the Jaguar, Hondo Paul Dean series, and Jag-Stang being my top three with neither really over-dominating the other much. I also enjoy exploring, modifying, fixing up, and tweaking cheap guitars as well as building new guitars both from scratch and from pre-existing parts. I'm also starting to tinker with more advanced electronics these days hoping to expand into Amps and pedals eventually.

Lastly, I have run a YouTube Channel under the name Creepingnet for over 10 years, I don't do too much there these days due to lack of time, but sometimes I'll post something new if I can find the time to do it.
