...first off, trying to get the amp to power up, can be a real pain in the ass. Sometimes, you have to turn it on and off, several times, before it actually stay's on. It dose'nt remember it's pre~set's accurately. And, it like's to distort, when it damn well feel's like it! There's more, but I don't have the time to continue...

not that I'm any kind of expert or anything... but I would say, cheque out any Fender Tube Amp. The one i got is the Super Champ XD 15. It's every bit as loud as the Spider 30, but with a fuller, deeper and richer sound...
