Well it all started back in 1977, that's when I heard the Sex Pistols for the first time. Before then, all we had was "Hippie shit" and "Disco", and it all sucked! So with Sid Vicious as my inspiration, I (unlike Sid), actually learned how to play the bass. But I gradually made the transition twards guitar.
Then, on Oct. 7th. 1987, I managed to get in an accident at work. Where I severed the first two fingers off my left hand. The Doctors were able to sew the fingers back on, but the surgery left the didgets with very little feeling, or movement in them. And as a result, I quit playing guitar for nearly 18 years.
Then a few years ago, I said, "Screw It"! Bought myself a Yamaha FG700S, practiced like hell (3~4 hrs. per night, EVERY NIGHT), and up to 20 hrs. of practice each and every weekend. I did this for the first two years. Now my friend's have rated my playing skill's as "intermediate".
Nowaday's, I like to take "Hard Rock" song's, and play them "unplugged", as well as writing my own stuff. I guess I'm getting old, but who care's? I'm having fun!
So now that you've read this, if you wanna stop by and say "Hi", you're more than welcome too. If you wanna "add" me, go for it! Any question's, just ask!
