i'm all about the metal. from rock to extreme.. my playlists go from lacuna coil and type o negative to Nile and Hate eternal.
Type o negative seems to be a band i ALWAYS go back to tho.. just one of my guilty pleasures i guess..
Favorite guitarists :
Trey Azagthoth. not just for his work in morbid angel.. but he's also just a decent guy and a class act.
Favorite bassists :
eh.. can't think of any right now..
Drummers however, i look up to Derek Roddy, Tim Waterson, Pete the Feet (XD), and a few of the locals here in victoria..
Favorite books :
Lately, anything by the Dalai Lama. One of the few people on this earth that knows what life is all about.

Don't have it except for what i download.

Jet Li's Fearless is an all time favorite of mine. anything with tony jaa :D
just a simple guy living life in victoria BC canada. looking forward to move somewhere a bit quieter in the future, but for now i'll enjoy what i have the best i can. I recently married the woman of my dreams, we've been together for 6 years so i suppose it was about time. I'm not your typical metalhead, i enjoy the company of fuzzy creatures, drinking tea and finely prepared espressos. I live buddhist ideals day by day and try to spread the love as far as a human can.

aside from the spiritual rant, music is another large part of my life. I've been industriously learning the art of recording and feel i've made a lot of progress. i love recording metal as much as i do writing it. I'll never categorize my music as death metal however since i don't push the violence or gore envelope. as such.. i call it extreme metal. its still heavy, but it won't leave the dark cloud on your heads.
I'm also a HUGE drum enthusiast. not all that good at it yet.. but its eats up about as much time as my guitar playing does.
