Alright, I recommend checking out a book by a doctor (and ex pro-bodybuilder) M.DiPasquale. It's called, the Anabolic Diet. You can find it in e-book form for free through torrent sites. Just be warned that you need to be very open minded to employ it with confidence. I've been doing it for the last few months and all I can say is that I have never seen lean gains like this before with a traditional high-carb/protein, low fat diet.
You'll basically restructure your metabolism to burn fats for energy instead of glycogen (sugar in the blood) thus making all of those fat deposits into energy stores that you then burn away. |

What diet would you reccomend, im planning on trying a 6 smaller meals a day diet, consisting of mainly lean meat and veggies and fruit, with maybe a starch a day.

Well, Im really not in amazing shape, and I will try to pics up soon but untill then, i'll just say that I have pretty dang big thighs (Which I want to slim down) and my chest looks about the same size as yours, a little bit smaller i suppose. I wrestled last year and my body fat% was like ~12-13 usually. Right now im 6'0'' and weigh about 200
