I studied classical piano for a little over 10 years and made the unfortunate mistake of picking up a guitar when I turned 16 (pianos are remarkably difficult to stuff in the back of a Honda). As a result I've been an addict ever since. Honestly I enjoy playing with guitar equipment a lot more than I enjoy playing my guitar. I've built numerous complex rigs involving everything from simple in line stompboxes to multi-rack Midi rigs and I offer my services locally to anyone looking for rig building assistance or custom cables. I also do guitar and effect modifications/setups/etc. I usually become unhappy with whatever rig I have shortly after it's "finished" and then I start selling off gear and replacing it with other stuff.
I'm a very literal, technical, pragmatic person and try not to form preemptive judgments about anything. I work professionally as a manager and analyst and I love my job, music is simply a hobby.
