Well, my name is Jesse and I've been playing guitar for around 2 & a half years. I am into Heavy Metal and have been so for quite a few years. I listen to the music for it's technicality, speed, intensity and it's rebellion to the mainstream.
My all time favorite band would have to be Progressive Metal band Opeth. I just love their Guitar work, and how every album is different, yet they never seem to be lacking anything. Although I do prefer the Still Life line-up over any, the current new members have some skill, and have guided the band into a nice, Progressive sound.
