But, like I said, in my opinion, they're a little too trebly for me, even on the neck pickup. Not very good pickups for hard rock. I have found that for blues, they seem to be a bit to trebly also. But, if you want a thicker sound, switch to the neck pickup and turn the tone control all the way down to "0", and it gives you a muffled sound, which I tend to enjoy on the high notes. So that's my honest opinion. I hope that helps you, if you didn't already buy new pickups.
