I'm shit at writting "About me" things, but I'll try;
I knew I'd wanted to play this instrument for years, I can't actually remember when, even having toys of the thing as a 6 year old I knew I wanted to play a real one.
At 11 years old, around the year 2000s I was itching for it. Growing up with my father and brothers playing good rock it was like a cancer and yet I'd still have to wait a few more years.
It started in late October of 2005, mere weeks before my 16th birthday, I got my first guitar.
Ever since, it's been a life lesson. I can't stress how much this instrument - or any instrument for that matter, makes you concentrate to such a degree that nothing exists except for shear thought and wonder, imagination and creativity.
Though here I sit, only would've owned a guitar 4 years this October, I feel my skill, and life has come in leaps and bounds. I continue to pursue and aspire and on top of everything have fun.
With my guitar (though it is a Schecter Revnger now not a cheap Ibanez) I feel life inside of my body and can purge feelings through a simple motion and create sound, and more importantly create music, which to my soul is very definitive and on occasion, to other people aswell.
My goal was and still is the same;
I do this for me. If anything comes from it that is fine by my heart but I don't need a recording or a contract to tell me I can play because I can express even alone, thankfully however I don't have to as my girlfriend plays guitar aswell.
That's about it in a nutshell, I could write alot about this but my fingertips prefer frets to keyboards.
