I went to see Ocean Colour Scene at Hammersmith Apollo and they were amazing.
We went to mcdonalds first and my bro and his mate were pissing about there, when we got some food, we went into the Hammersmith Apollo and we saw the support band who werent so good, they were folky, so not my kinda style.
After, Ocean Colour Scene came on with no fucking about and played The Riverboat Song and The Circle First, their set was very long.
They ended with a long encore and there last song they played was The Day We Caught The Train and everyone went mental and beer and piss was getting thrown around, especially at us, it was like a shower.
I went to see Kings Of Leon at the 02 Arena on 11/12/08 and it was amazing!
We got there by catching 3 trains and a boat and we got there and looked and around the O2 Arena and it was pretty cool
Me n my brother and my mate and his mate were there and we found out that the support band were shit but we got in and they had finished.
We were getting drinks when we heard the keyboard bit to closer so we just ran into the crowd and went mental (like we were in all of there songs ... mental) but we werent too close to the front but we werent to close the back either, we were kinda in between.
They ended with a long encore but we went before there last song which was black thumbnail so we didnt have to wait in any cues or anything like that on the way home.
When i got back i went straight to sleep i was so tired, but overall, a great day
I went to go see 30 Seconds To Mars at Hammersmith Apollo on 06/02/08 and they were so cool
Me n my bro went to hammersmith apollo and we got there and there was loads of lights in the sky, we got in and wen we went to go get some drinks , the bartender thought i was going get pissed because my brother got himself 2 beers and just me pepsi so he was gettin curious but he believed us in end tht i wouldnt be drinking
We got in and it was tiny, we were standing and the 2nd support band were just about to play called neil's children, they were preety good, they were a kind of indie band.
Then 30 seconds to mars came on and curtains were up n shit, the atmosphere was incredible, they played there whole second album in the row it is and the curtains came down wen attack's 1st chorus came and they were all wearing white, loads of flashing lights, it was cool
Tomo broke his foot, they were playin then jared leto's mic stopped workin for a bit then some guy came on and gave him another
It was so cool but then they started to play there 2nd album for a bit but then me n my bro went cos they nearly finished
We got me n my mate a cool t shirt witrh a red ak on front and black background
Then i got home bout midnight then i got XL DOUBLE BACON CHEESE BURGER WITH LARGE FRIES AND LARGE COKE WHILE WATCHING LITTLE BRITAIN IT WAS AWESOME!
Then i woke up the next day i was still full up lol
Yep, well that was one awesome day for me
