I wrote the lyrics to this song in about 2 hours, and recorded it the next day in about 3-4 hours. I wrote it for a girl I barely knew, who was in my class and hung herself in 9th grade because of bullying. The title comes from a poem she wrote in 7th grade for English class called "Your Eyes."
