In the first part of this blog, I'd talked about a party and a new band... Well, that happened in January, I think.
...5th of June of 2009 (one day after USA's biggest day), 23:54 here, at night, and my sleeptime gets closer, I'm really looking forward to it. As I said, today stills June, summer, and I think this is the first summer I really want to enjoy (I've never liked summer). God, it's the hottest summer I can remember!! I hope this isn't a sign of world's destruction, cause now I am a man and I feel free, what's more, I AM FREE. Let me explain, now I'm 17 to 18 this winter, and I am an adult, young adult, although I'm not an adult in front of the laws. Well, I finished my studies, I've done the ''university-entrance-exam'' (sorry), which is called Selectividad (pretty easy), there I fell in love but realized she is not the one for me, cause she has a boyfriend, and that's good after all.
The most important now is that I'm oh so focused on the band, but not the band that I talked about in the last blog, there was no future for it, so I quitted. Now I'm in another band with well-known musicians in the ''young-independent'' scene, here in Mallorca, and they are at least GREAT, all of them, and they told me I'm suitable for the band (as THE bassist again). Everything is back to be great again, I'm healthy again, my band is great, the weather's too, my friends, beach, girls, ...
Soon I'll upload a pic, it should be a photo with a beautiful-veryhappy-guy in it, so it'd represent the situation. It'll take some time. Bye.
Weeeeeell, last January 20th was San Sebastian, feast all over Spain, but specially in San Sebastian (city with the same name as the saint, in País Vasco, north) AND!!! ta-ta-ta-chááááááaaaan!!!! THERE'S PARTY IN MALLORCA , this means: - there's a different concert in every square the city where I live in has - It's the patron saint of this beautiful land, there's party, people everywhere, and lots of music and fun
Some friends of mine were playing pipes in a pub, the best pub in town in my opinion (Lorien), and I was there, drinkin some Hoegardens, in fact, I was the take-me-a-free-beer,-dude, I had beers for free because of them. THANKS! Then I went to meet some other friends, and I was half-drunk, so I could speak catalán pretty good and I shared a great time with my friends, they needed a bassist for their band, I was there, I'm the new bassist for Eskarabat Coix, a ska/harcore band. I know I got home on foot, but I cant remember how!! The next days I got stomachache, a virus or something. But now I feel fine, and I'm in a band, finally...
Once, I took my acoustic guitar to a music shop and they laughed at me, '' wow! this is an 'incredible' guitar, OH MY GOD, IT'S 'OFUSA'!!! '' (ofusa its not really a tm...) But I said that I bought the guitar in his shop (really)! haha, he ate his f*ck'n words!! I wish I'd have a camera! You should advice everybody not to go to a music store, well, only if you are going to buy something, or just see stuff, or do a jackass-like joke (like that one when Knoxville sh*t'd in a toilet inside the toilets store! hahah!). I pray to the plagues to take away all the stroppymusicstoreassistants, and the stupid busdrivers too (unless you, dear reader, are one of them, then I wish you eternity).

you can edit your bands/guitarists/bassists preferences, but where are the drummers? There's no music without em, I mean: yeah, there can be music without em, but there's lots of bands that exist through the drummer,
DRUMMER ARE HUMAN!! AND HAVE THEIR FEELINGS!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!?!? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! DRUMMERS ARE HUUUUMAAAAAAN!!! (well, Joey & John aren't human, nope,)
Where the **ck do the bands go? They die, or they just disappear, who knows... But that's inevitable! We can't do anything to prevent this.
Experience? I don't think so... Musicians & their bands always said that 'they are more experience now, and the prove of the experience will be the new record'. Well, that makes me laugh 'til I cough blood, and if it's true, I hate the true, and the experience too. I like rookie bands (unless they're horrible), 'cause they keep the strenght of their music (I'm talkin bout metal/rock/punk bands, not pop), while the 'experienced' bands are turning soft & weak.
What happened to them? For example: SOAD. I like the 2 last cds, but, what happened? I keep sayin I like Mesmerize (is it right?) & Hipnotize, but there's a big step back ('back' in my opinion).
