haha idk. you just look like the person who would be. me - i was in one and then the guy had another band and decided to go that way. but now i have a solid band with an excellent lead guitarist who is a fuckin rich boy with a lot of eddie van halen shit like the 5150 III head with amp cab, and omg, our bassist is our singer, and our drummer is tight. haha im just ramblin. so how many have you been in, to be exact?

Haha, I was like that at one point too. I'd just spend my pay checks on gear. So at one point I was like, 'This is too much' and I sold it all.

They're hybrid. Solid-State preamps and tubbe power amps. They sound quite good actually. Very Plexi like, just with more gain on tap and less omph.

I've always though thats how they should do hybrids like that, rather than throwing a tiny bit of tube flavor in the preamp with an all SS power amp. SS power clipping is deadly

a friend of mine offered me his 4x10 Marshall 1965B cab for $400. apparently it's kinda rare. seems like what i'm looking for, light, and not too big. although i may swap out a couple speakers later on to get a bassier sound.
