I'll post a tab I wrote but UG tends not to like my stuff so who knows.

I know you said this a while ago... uh.. I don't have any power tab software or anything like that so it usually takes me a while. You should try to find Evan Cowan for a good tab but he might be hard to contact. I my self am still a noob. The song is basically in the key of A and switches to modes of major and minor and has prominent bass leads. The chorus starts in F and most tabs are missing the acoustic guitar. I don't have a 12 string bass myself but it's so annoying to have six versions of the song that are sloppy or weird I had to give it a shot.
