lol, well it's incredibly rare for trains to be on time, and when they are, they are absolutely packed to the extent that you either can't get on, or if you do then your going to be squeezed up against some lunatic - and all the time it absolutely stinks of piss. oh, and it costs about £7 ($14?) to go about 10 or so stops without an oyster card (which are some stupid scheme, it costs about $20 to even buy one in the first place then you have to top it up)

lol, see, with new york being outside manhattan probably means a 10 minute journey in or whatever. It can take about 90 minutes to get into central london from outer london (plus you have to pay if you take a car, congestion charge, like £15 or whatever)...

I wish it wasn't so damn hard to a green card, but i'm on the plane to new york for a few months as soon as I hit 18. Got a bit of money sticking around, hopefully i'll manage to find somewhere to stay.
