Like I said, guitars well played and the composition didn't get annoying anywhere. The first two minutes could be more lively or if you are going for that punchy rhythmic feel then try and get it mixed so it's got more impact. That's a tough thing to get right but it's worth the reading if you're up to it. :)

So, in my opinion, the drums have to go. Writing good midi drums is a shitty and tedious job and I have trouble doing them properly, too. Try to find someone to play the drum tracks for you, even if they're not technically the most advanced there are! That would make all the difference to me and probably kick that rating one star up. I'm guessing you could even find someone from the forums to play the bits for you since you've already got refrence tracks up. :)
