American Music Awards tonight and I'm pretty excited. But you wanna' know what I think? I think the whole 'Justin Bieber' thing is a conspiracy. I mean, other than Miley Cyrus and few other exceptions, what other teenager has captured the hearts of little girls across the nation, but everyone else knows that his voice is too high? There's something up with that. I think there's someone else pulling the strings here. That's right; I think Justin Bieber is a metaphorical puppet. "What about Miley Cyrus?" you might ask, "She did the same thing he did. Is she a puppet?" I don't know. She seems rather independent. And plus, no one really pretended to be sick when they saw a picture of Cyrus like they do with Bieber. But back to Bieber. I think Usher might have something to do with this. I mean don't you think Ludacris being in "Baby" was kind of strange? That had to be Usher's doing. Don't get me wrong; I don't have anything against Usher, but sudden teenage popularity/infamy? Come on. What's that? What side am I on? Well, I'm not necessarily on a side, I'm not with or against him, but I am team Edward (lol). Long story short, I think Justin Bieber is along for somebody else's future publicity ride.
Nooooooo! Yesterday (11/7/10) I submitted a tab for "Ruby" by The Kaiser Chiefs because I thought that the ones posted were down a note. As it turns out, it was my old guitar that was tuned down! Aaaaack! So if you read the tab and disagree with it, don't hate me.
I recently read Ultimate-Guitar's "The Eeriest Riffs: Striking A Chord, Causing A Chill" and it inspired me to explore my dark side, kept away since I was born. I am looking up eerie songs to sing or play. Muahahahahahahahah... Anyway, this helps me in my quest to appreciate as many different kinds of music as I can and it might help me find ways to achieve a minor goal of mine; to be myself always, except when I need to scare people to the marrow of their soul. You never know, it might be useful.
It may sound like I'm bragging here , but oh well. I can play five (striving for six) different instruments; guitar, ukulele, tuba, drums, and piano. I sing , but some people don't consider vocal chords an instrument (I do!). I am learning harmonica and when I'm older I want to learn how to play bass. Wish me luck!
