First real album I listened to was Masters of Reality by Black Sabbath when I was 12 from that moment on my hair started to grow and my hand curled into a powerchord and the rest is history.My first concert was Defenders of the Faith tour Judas Priest when I was 13.First guitar at 16(didnot help me get laid though)
Now I am 39 still have the hair still love Rock, but the hand is curled up do to carpal tunnel syndrome instead.
I try not to hate on other peoples music or instrument choice I may not like it but that doenst mean its no good, just not my style plus I am too easy going to be that uptight about the little stuff.
I am now playing in a band called Rock Savvy. We do covers of all kinds of music from the Beatles to Audioslave depending on who we wiil be playing for.Our first show is supposed to be in March so we,ll see how it goes from there.
I started customizing guitars about ten years ago with a pick up replacement in an old Profile Telecaster and have since built 4 others from scratch with stuff bought on ebay.I don't know everything about guitars but will definetly share what i do know.
