Alter Bridge, know to be Creed on steriods, debuted with 'One Day Remains' August of 2004. The album charted #5 the week of it's release and has been certified gold, though it's now platinum of course. But there shed a new light of music concerning Mark Tremonti mainly. More heavy, faster and in some cases more melodic than the 30+ milliion selling artist Creed, of which he was formally with. It has been 3 years this month since new music as an album was released by Alter Bridge. Though we the fans have gotten many previews such as 'Save Me', 'Buried Alive', 'Ties That Bind', 'Brand New Start' and 'Come To Life' the essence of newly published Alter Bridge music is erattically enlightning. October 9, 2007 will be the release of the sophomore album 'Blackbird'. I'm just curious as to just how many true Mark Tremonti/Alter Bridge/Creed fans are sharing this ecstatic anticipation with me!
btw. Save Me was not a preview of Blackbird (it was released in the time of One Day Remains, same as 'Ahavo Bravo Taco Salad'. It was a B-side of OYE single)
