That depends, in terms of defence I think a territory were any kind of anarchist philosophical thought had taken hold would be much more easily defendable since their would be no centralised power structure.
Agriculture and industy is a bit more complicated, however after reading Kevin Carson I think I'm pretty much convinced that with future technologies small geographical areas be able to produce all they need for survival, not only that but small scale production is actually more efficient than large scale because of the absence of transportation costs.
