Muse! Chris Wolstenholme really got me into bass, he's got some of my favourite basslines. Also like the Chili Peppers, Franz Ferdinand and the Arctic Monkeys.
Favorite books :
Quite a few. To compliment my nerd image, I loved every minute of the Harry Potter series. His Dark Materials, by Philip Pullman, and anything by Steven King. The Shinings' my favourite so far, but I'm still working through the library shelf at school.
Favorite movies :
Pan's Labyrinth, Kill Bill, Edward Scissorhands, Little Miss Sunshine, Mean Girls, About a Boy, The Matrix, Trainspotting, Fightclub, Atonement, Borat, Chicago, Hairspray, etc etc.
I'm Eilidh. Say Hayley without the H. Not eyelid, eliddy or any other form teachers call me by mistake. I'm in fifth year at Anderson high, and studying for upcoming exams (or trying to, if the bass forum wouldn't keep getting in the way).
In my spare time, I dishwash/eat absurd amounts of cheesecake at the local hotel. I play bass in a band called a Minor Detail! Weyhey. I've been playing bass for a few years now and recently took up the ukulele, a surprisingly cheery little thing.
