It happened about 2 Months ago, the day my Spectrum died. Yes it was a cheap brandless guitar, but it was my first and it served me well. I was on the train with a couple of my friends late one night after hanging out at another friend's house. Everyone was sucked into their iPods or talking to one another. I was standing up Air-guitaring on my Bagged guitar. I looked up for a moment out the window to the next cart to see some guy losing his mind flipping me off and what I assumed was saying fuck you (mouthed it). I didn't know what was up with this guy so I ignored him and went back to my wicked mind solo. Moments later I looked up and he jumped out of his seat and marched in my direction still firing his mouth off and pressing his middle finger against the glass. I said out loud what is wrong with this guy but no one heard. He then gestured that he was going to come over to this cart in the next stop. I tapped my friend Eddy and told him I think this guy wants to fight me. He got up and took my guitar and stood by the door. At the next train stop the guy came in and walked up to me and started to say I don't like that homo shit or something ignorant like that. He kept pressing his fist to my face and repeating over and over. I didn't want to fight him because the guy looked pretty big(not that I can't fight). I kept trying to calm him down out of his Berserker rage telling him I don't want any problems but he kept at it. After about a 7th time of putting his fist in my face my friend Eddy moved and told him to back off and the guy slapped Eddy. As soon as the slap landed we were on him. We made quick work of him but unfortunately my Guitar turned into a weapon during the fight cracking the body and bending the neck. We were in a blind rage beating the guy who was now forcefully sitting down and swinging blindly at us. Then some other guy on the train shouted at the top of his lungs for us to stop. We got off the train soaked in that guy's blood with just scratches but we lost a comrade. Good night Sweet Prince, you were to Beautiful for this world.
