About Denthrare

I'm a student at Texas State University, majoring in psychology and minoring in music (contemporary guitar). I've only been playing guitar since the beginning of my senior year in high school, but I've absolutely fallen in love with it.

My main musical influence is John Mayer, but I also borrow heavily from the styles of guitarists like Davy Knowles, Matthew Bellamy, John Frusciante, and James Valentine.

I play a beautiful Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster through a Fender 1959 Bassman Reissue; what a combination!

My main gig is playing lead guitar and singing lead vocals for my church's worship band. I try to be a strong Christian, and though I try not to press my faith on anyone, I would be more than happy to have a conversation about my beliefs.
